Ok, an update for you on how sticking to a regime helps. When I started my “Getting Fitter” progamme, I was 89 Kilos (195.8)lbs. I felt lethargic and I did very little exercise. Sure I can give you loads of excuses why not, but none of them would be any good.
No Time? Sorry thats no excuse.
No Gym membership? No good either.
No one to work out with? Nope, that doesnt wash either.
Come up with any excuse you like and, in the main, the overriding factor is apathy.
So, I decided on a course of action. I was to go swimming 2 -3 times a week and would go road running at least 2 nights a week also. I pretty much stuck to this regime, give or take a few days of sheer laziness.
So, using this very basic exercise pattern, playing the odd game of football, table tennis, etc, and watching what went into my mouth, the results after three months were incredible.
I’m going to share the info and results here over the next few posts and will add info on what YOU need to do to keep fit in your 40′s
In the meantime, if you are looking for some really cool and valuable information to start you on your way. I recommend the following

I’ve posted this link before, I’ve tried some of Sebastians methods and they do work. Even if, like me, you are in your mid 40′s, or older, it really isnt too late to start.
Stay well
