Think of me as your guinea pig. I’ll be posting a view ideas and links over the ext few days on how to get you started in an exercise program, improve your performance and generally give you the best information I can. Making a life change is not easy. Your mind will play tricks on you, your body will too. But I’ll make sure you can spot the signs and provide you with answers on what to do next.
Remember, if you are going to embark on an exercise program and, you’ve not exercised for a while, consult a health professional before you start. Always, always warm up before exercise, its a lot easier to pull a hammy, or a calf muscle if you’ve not stretched first.
